By using LegalLumin, you agree to these Terms. LegalLumin is a lawyer and law-firm directory provided for general informational purposes. You may use it to browse published profiles and available location and practice-area directories.

LegalLumin is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you. Using the site, submitting information, or contacting a listed lawyer or law firm does not create an attorney-client relationship with LegalLumin or guarantee that any lawyer or firm will accept a matter.

Profile information may come from public professional sources, lawyers, law firms, authorized representatives, or LegalLumin's research. Information can become incomplete or outdated. Review profile details and credentials independently before making a decision. Corrections and removal requests may be submitted through available profile controls or by contacting us.

Some features require an account with a confirmed email address. Information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, must not impersonate another person, and must not violate another person's rights. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to it secure.

Review submissions do not publish automatically. LegalLumin may approve or reject submissions and may unpublish or remove public content. We may also request supporting information. Do not submit confidential communications, privileged material, unlawful content, threats, spam, or knowingly false statements.

Verified Profile means that a lawyer, law firm, or authorized representative controls the profile. It does not mean LegalLumin has verified licensing, credentials, quality, suitability, or likely outcomes.

LegalLumin does not guarantee directory completeness, search placement, inquiries, clients, legal outcomes, or that a listed professional is suitable for a particular matter. Directory presentation is not an endorsement. Any Featured placement is a presentation feature, not a quality ranking.

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls, scrape or republish the directory at scale, submit automated or deceptive requests, misuse personal information, or use LegalLumin for unlawful activity. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Profiles and directory pages may link to websites or services operated by others. LegalLumin does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your communications and engagements with a lawyer or law firm are between you and that professional.

LegalLumin may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may correct or remove directory content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. LegalLumin is not responsible for decisions made solely from directory information or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
