This policy explains how LegalLumin handles information when you browse the directory, create an account, submit information, or contact us.

• Account and authentication information, including your email address, account identifiers, and session information.
• Information submitted through Claim Profile, Get Listed, review, and removal-request flows, plus messages you send to our support address.
• Professional profile information from public professional sources, lawyers, law firms, and authorized representatives.
• Security and operational information needed to run and protect the service, such as request timestamps, network and device information, security-verification results, and application logs.

• Provide authentication and maintain account sessions.
• Review claims, listing requests, reviews, corrections, and removal requests.
• Publish approved professional profile information and moderation-approved reviews.
• Respond to support messages and investigate misuse, errors, or security events.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and improve the directory.

Listing, claim, review, and removal submissions are reviewed before they affect public content. Information submitted for a public profile may be published if approved. Account credentials, security-verification data, and moderation history are not public profile fields.

LegalLumin uses Supabase for database and authentication services, Vercel to host and deliver the application, and Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse verification. These providers may process information needed to perform those services under their own terms and privacy practices.

The application uses cookies and related browser storage where needed for authentication, session continuity, security, and core site operation. LegalLumin does not currently present an advertising or marketing analytics program through these pages.

To request a profile correction or removal, use the available profile controls or email us. Account and privacy questions may also be sent to the same address. We may ask for information needed to confirm the request and protect the profile from unauthorized changes.

LegalLumin uses access controls and security checks intended to protect the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the date shown above when we do.
